Meditation is the path to a life of understanding, calm and emotional stability.
When we have lost total control of our mind, this being the one who directs our emotions, thoughts and actions; It is when we must resort to meditation as the path to inner wisdom, the key that will connect us with who we really are.
We have been for many years being dominated by our mind, telling it that it is no longer in control, is complex and needs daily practice.
For this reason, introducing ourselves to meditation with an instructor helps us in two fundamental steps: Finding the meditation adapted to you, and taming your mind at the beginning when the resistance is greater.
For 10 years I accompany and guide people to find their MEDITATION. For which I make a previous diagnosis, which will determine the level of consciousness and connection of the person.
My knowledge and wisdom about metaphysics allow me to design programs and meditative practices with specific objectives. The result is to open people to the path of meditation while respecting their condition.
