As we grow older, there seems to be an increasing fear of loneliness. We see our friendasettling down and getting into relationships which makes us feel we failed.This feeling of shame and anxiety associated with failure to find a partner makes us feel unlovable or undesirable. We question ourselves: Am I doing something wrong? Am i not pretty enough? To get rid of such negative feelings, we seek new partners and try to adjust and fit in with people who are not meant for us. But is it worth it?

No. It is not worth being in a relationship because your are afraid of being alone. Being alone and endings it can be one of the most empowering things you do for yourself. 2-Practice Self-love and self-care.

As women, we’re taught to give selflessly, neglecting our own needs and desires. But when you’re single , it is time to give yourself love, care, and all the affection you desire from a partner. Do things for yourself that make your happy- book a spa appointment or go for an early walk. Gift yourself a lovely dress or book a date in a fancy restaurant. It’s all about getting confortable with your presence, and practicing self-love and self-care, so you can understand yourself better and experience personal growth.

3-Set goals

As a single woman , time is your gift. You have the time to invest in yourself. You have the opportunity to think about what you want to achieve- mentally, physically, financially. Then you can push yourself in that direction through inward support and accountability.
